Wow, another week is behind us. Let’s make this quick and come straight to the purpose of this post: it’s recap time!
Week 1 (April 1st- April 7th)
Week 2 (April 8th- April 14th)
11 Weeks left…
Monday: 45 minutes Swim Class
Tuesday: 10 km in 1 hour, 3 min, 36 sec (6:22 min/km) /new personal best on Garmin Connect (previous: 1:05:07) …whoop whoop!
Wednesday: 1,5 hours of spinning
Sunday: 4,2 km run/walk with my Mum in 42 min, 18 sec (10:03 min/km)
Total: 14,2 km of running in Week 2.
Also, I want to focus a bit more by making weekly goals like I did when I trained for the Koelbrandbrueckenlauf last year.
So here is my list for week 3:
- Run 4 times
- 80 minute long run
- stretch after every run
- drink enough H2O (cause you know that will make you run/feel/be better)
