Koehlbrandbrueckenlauf Training: Week 7

This last week of training has been the best training week since I started running again seven weeks ago.

Training
Week 1 (August 13- August 19, 2012)
Week 2 (August 20- August 26, 2012)
Week 3 (August 27- September 2, 2012)
Week 4 (September 3- September 9, 2012)
Week 5 (September 10- September 16, 2012)
Week 6 (September 17 – September 30, 2012)
3 days left

 

Tuesday: 1 hour swimming

Thursday: 5,3 km in 36 min, 50 sec (6:57 min/km).

Friday: 10 km in 1 hour, 5 min, 7 sec (6:31 min/km)

Sunday: 8,2 km in 54 min, 55 sec (6:42 min/km)

Total of 23,5 km in Week 7.

 

Goals for week 7 were:

  • run 3 times, make it happen! -> happend!
  • 15 min stretching after every run! well, no stretching for me this week.
  • 1x “mission-happy-knees” (now, I take this as a pretty realistic goal) yeah, realistic, but it didn’t happen.

I will not have goals for the last 2 days of training, since I won’t be running. Can’t wait to run the race on Wednesday!
