I cant believe I started running again four weeks ago.
Thats how it went so far:
This week was the first week of this training cycle where I didn’t feel that great while running. The run on Tuesday was the longest I have run since April, and that definitly gave me a high, but on Friday, I had the worst run ever. My legs sure wanted to run, and they felt great, but the rest of my body didn’t want to follow. First, I felt dizzy, and than my stomach cramped. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel better until today, so that meant only two runs for me last week.
Tuesday: 8 km in 53 min, 20 sec (6:40 min/km)
Thursday: 15 min stretching + 5 min “mission-happy-knees”
Friday: 5,1 km in 33 min, 2 sec (6:29 min/km) + 15 min stretching
Total of 13,1 km in Week 4.
Goals for week 5
- Run 3 times
- One “Long Run” (~ 9 km)
- 3x 15 min stretching
- 2x “mission-happy-knees”
