This week was awesome, I loved every second of my runs and I can’t wait for week 4 to beginn.
Tuesday: 6,6 km in 43 min, 24 sec. (6:35 min/km) + 15 min stretching
Wednesday: 10 min core workout
Friday: 5.01 km in 30 min, 37 sec. (6:07 min/km)
Total of 16,68 km in week 3.
This week truely was amazing when it comes to running. I run more, longer and faster than I did in week one and two.
Goals for week 4
- Run 3 times
- Run one “long run” (~ 8 km)
- 3x 15 min stretching
- 3x “mission-happy-knees”
