Koehlbrandbrueckenlauf Training: Week 3

This week was awesome, I loved every second of my runs and I can’t wait for week 4 to beginn.

Training
Week 1 (August 13- August 19, 2012)
Week 2 (August 20- August 26, 2012)
Week 3 (August 27- September 2, 2012)
4 Weeks and 3 days left

Monday: 5,07 km in 32 min, 02 sec. (6:19 min/km) + 15 min stretching + “mission-happy-knees”

Tuesday: 6,6 km in 43 min, 24 sec. (6:35 min/km) + 15 min stretching

Wednesday: 10 min core workout

Friday: 5.01 km in 30 min, 37 sec. (6:07 min/km)

Total of 16,68 km in week 3.

This week truely was amazing when it comes to running. I run more, longer and faster than I did in week one and two.

Goals for week 4

  • Run 3 times
  • Run one  “long run” (~ 8 km)
  • 3x 15 min stretching
  • 3x “mission-happy-knees”
