The training didn’t go so well in week 2, but I can tell you that it’s already alot better this week- and it’s only Monday.
Week 1 (August 13- August 19, 2012)
Week 2 (August 20- August 26, 2012)

Wednesday: 4,5 km in 30 min (6:41 min/km)
This run felt weird, I was happy to get out there and get it done, but it felt depressing. I felt like the slowest runner on earth. Still got home happy, though.
I do have some goals for Week 3. Just in case you would want to know about them (and just so I can make it official and have to stuck with it)
Goals for week 3
- Run 4 times
- Long Run: 6-7 km (yes, I know, I get the meaning of long run, but 7 km sure is a long run for me right now)
- 3x 15 min stretching (that’s 3 times more that last week…ups)
- 3x “mission-happy-knees” (What the heck happened to this goal last week?)
