Hello my friend,

did you have a fantastic weekend? I sure had. I got some work done and went ice skating with friends.

Halfmarathon Training Recap Week 6

Monday

Distance: 5,8 km (3,6 miles)
Time: 35:00 min
Avg Pace: 6:02 min/km

Wednesday

Cross-training
Pilates (1 hour)

Distance: 17 km (10,6 miles)
Time: 1:47:00 min
Avg Pace: 6:17 min/km

In conclusion:
Runs: 2
Kilometers: 22,80 km (14,17 miles)
Cross-training: 1 hour
I didn’t reach any of my goals I had for this week, but I would say this week was still a success. I mean 17 km- and I could have easily run longer. Now, I definitely have to work on my speed again.

Goals for Week 7:
Runs: 3-4 times
Kilometers: 30-50 km
Plus a few classes at my gym.

      I probably won’t make it to the race, but there is a half marathon 2 weeks later, so in case I can’t go to the first one, I’ll do the next one 🙂
